Columbus Catholic Men's Conference

  Men of St. John XXIII’s Parish: once again we extend a warm invitation for you to join us at the 2016 Columbus Catholic Men’s Conference on February 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at the Voinovich Building, Ohio Expo Center. The theme of Columbus Catholic Women’s Conference is Mercy Changes Everything! The conference is February 20, 2016 ~ 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Ohio Expo Center in the Voinovich Building. What is the Platinum Club?

  WHAT IS THE PLATINUM CLUB? The Platinum Club is the ministry that parishioners age 55 and above can join to socialize, travel, or dine with their peers. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., or at 6:00 p.m. if a dinner is included. We schedule trips occasionally to a local restaurant or to an out-of-town destination. Periodically, we invite a speaker in to talk to us about a current topic of interest. We use the bulletin to announce these activities. Platinum Club November Trip

  PLATINUM CLUB TRIP – On November 6-9, the Platinum Club is planning a trip to Amish country, specifically, Berlin, OH. We will be staying at the Berlin Resort. Cost per night will be about $113.00 for double occupancy. You can view the rooms at www.berlinresort.com. Besides shopping and touring various venues in the area, we will be attending a musical at the Carlisle Inn in Sugar Creek called “Josiah for President” on November 8.
