HOLY THURSDAY FOOD COLLECTION AND RICE BOWLS: The collection of food items at the Holy Thursday Liturgy will benefit the Community Food Pantry. The food will be delivered by members of the Youth Ministry. We will also collect the Rice Bowls at this liturgy for Catholic Relief Services and the Holy Thursday Envelopes and loose cash will go to the Bloom Township Crisis Fund. Please be as generous as possible to our brothers and sisters who are less fortunate.

COMMUNAL PENANCE SERVICE: Our Parish will have our Lenten Penance Service on Wednesday April 5, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. We will have several priests available for reconciliation. Please plan now to join us at that time for a joyful celebration of God’s love and mercy. CHILI COOKOFF: Mark your calendars! It’s time for the Third Annual St. John XXIII Chili Cookoff! Break out your favorite chili recipe and whip up a batch for us to taste and vote on! Join us Sunday, March 12, from 2:30- 4:30 p.m. We’ll be giving out prizes and trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! We will also have hot dogs, beverages and a few other goodies. There is a sign-up sheet in the Gathering Space for those wishing to enter their chili for judging!
