Sandwich Saturday

Posted on April 15, 2015

Want to share your Easter joy by caring for others? Help do a small part in caring for the hungry by joining us on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 8:00-9:00 a.m. to prepare sandwiches. All are welcome to make sandwiches. A special thank-you to all who participate in our Sandwich Saturdays; our parish family prepares and donates thousands of sandwiches each year for the less fortunate. The display in the Gathering Space has the needed supplies. If you are able to bring more that is greatly appreciated. There is always a place for new assemblers, as well as donations of bologna, cheese singles, and fresh bread.

On Sunday, April 19 after the 11:00 a.m. Mass, the Grounds Committee will have a work day to clean up the flower beds and grounds around the church. We are in need of volunteers for weeding, pruning shrubs and outlying trees, cut out beds if needed and spread mulch. The mulch will be delivered on Friday, April 17, so it will be ready to be spread. If you have any questions, please contact Cathy Hoffman at crna91@gmail. com or 614-833-6578. We have a sign-up sheet in the Gathering Space for anyone available to help. All help is welcome.
